Charlene Fang

A native of Taiwan, Charlene Fang immigrated to the United States in 1990. A leader in the banking industry, Charlene served for 15 years as Relationship Officer with Summit National Bank until leaving to join the Touchmark National Bank as its Senior Vice President & Business Development Officer. In 2014, Charlene, an entrepreneur, founded her own educational consulting business.

Charlene has devoted much of her time giving back to the community. She is the past President of the Chinese American Lions Club and served as a Leo Advisor, guiding the youth service club. Charlene was the 2nd female President to serve the Hip Sing Association of Atlanta, a 150 year old Chinese association. She is a founding member of the Taiwanese American Women’s Club and the Chamblee Chamber of Commerce. Charlene is a former board member of Leadership DeKalb, former board member of the DeKalb Police Alliance, former board member of FBI Atlanta Citizens Academy Association and a board member of Interfaith Outreach Home, board member of Discover DeKalb. She is also President of the North Decatur Lions club.

Charlene has a passion for helping others to succeed. She has sponsored many fund raising efforts in the community and serves as an advisor to a number of local businesses and groups. Charlene is a cheerleader for DeKalb County and works tirelessly to promote our region as a whole.
